"Despite a hiccup getting the policy started, Jeff and Adrienne stayed on top of the error and got it fixed. I was given regular updates and now all is well. "I randomly inquired about a rate quote to see if they could save me any money and they were easily able to save me about $420/every 6 month on my auto and renters insurance, and were able to smoothly transition my coverage over that very afternoon. The auto plan included same as or better coverage as my previous insurance company for significantly less. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. It was a very smooth experience and am very satisfied thus far with my plan coverages and I'd highly recommend anyone to give them a try if you haven't gotten a rate quote estimate lately to give them a try!"
